Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder with enough water to create a smooth and runny paste. Apply it on your scalp and hair lengths. Wash it off after 30 minutes.

Take a bowl of warm water and mix a few tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in it. Strain the concoction and use it as your last rinse after shampoo.
